We are a specialist firm and we recruit accordingly. Rather than posting a rotating catalogue of roles, we maintain a standing brief for a small number of disciplines central to our operating model. Candidates who fit those briefs are considered on a rolling basis, and where a specific mandate opens we contact suitable candidates already known to the talent desk. Introductions from within our institutional network carry particular weight.
Trading and desk operations
Traders and desk operators with direct experience in precious metals, structured commodity finance or bulk mineral logistics. Fluency in Spanish and English is expected; an additional working language from our corridors is an advantage.
Compliance and due diligence
Compliance officers with a demonstrated track record in OECD-aligned mineral due diligence, sanctions screening and KYC in a regulated financial or commodities environment. Familiarity with LBMA responsible sourcing standards is expected at senior levels.
Logistics and vaulting operations
Logistics coordinators with experience moving high-value commodities across insured, multi-leg international routes. Preference for candidates who have worked with tier-one secure carriers and accredited vaulting operators.
Legal and treasury
Qualified lawyers and treasury professionals with experience drafting and administering documentary letters of credit, escrow structures and cross-border commodity contracts under English or Spanish law.

How we work
The Dénia office is our operational centre. Senior desk work is typically office-based; specialist compliance, legal and treasury mandates can be structured remotely where the discipline allows. All roles are salaried, with structured performance review and continuing professional development supported by the firm.
